Sumo Foods, Inc. o/a Edo Japan Fort St. John & Dawson Creek is hiring 3 Grill Cooks. Wage: $18.50 per hour, 35 hrs. per week. Completion of secondary School and 7 months or more experience as a Cook is required. Duties: Prepare and Cook complete meals or individual dishes and foos. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerance. Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs; monitor and order supplies; inspect kitchens and food service areas. Train staff in the preparation and handling of food. Order supplies and equipment. Clean kitchen and work areas. Manage kitchen operations. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekendsw and holidays. E-mail resumes to [email protected]
