Job Description

On-site food services manager position. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits; evaluate daily operations; plan and organize daily operations; train staff; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; participate in marketing plans and implementation; provide customer service; develop and implement marketing strategies; determine merchandise and services to be sold; manage staff and assign duties; study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales; plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses; resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers; direct and control daily operations.

Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• or equivalent experience
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
• English
