LOOKING FOR PERMANENT FULL TIME SALES SUPERVISOR (NOC 62010) AT

Main Duties & Responsibilities as per lead statement of NOC 62010
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff.
Assign sales persons to duties and prepare work schedules
Sell Merchandise and Authorize payments.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
Conduct performance reviews.
May perform the same duties as workers supervised
May perform key holding & managerial duties if required, such as opening & closing the warehouse, managing escalated complaints, developing & implementing sales strategies.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 3 Years or more
SALARY: $27.30/Hr for 37.50 Hours per week
