Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of cleaning staff;
- Establish work schedules and procedures;
- Hire and train new employees;
- Resolve work-related issues and customer complaints;
- Inspect job sites before and after cleaning assignments as needed;
- Ensure all work follows company policies and guidelines.
