Job Description
On-site restaurant manager position. Evaluate daily operations; monitor staff performance; plan and organize daily operations; set staff work schedules; supervise staff; train staff; conduct performance reviews; cost products and services; organize and maintain inventory; ensure health and safety regulations are followed; address customers’ complaints or concerns; provide customer service; plan and control budget and inventory; provide problem-solving services to network users; ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
