We are looking for “Accommodation Services Manager” for Holiday Inn Express Kingston located at 205 Resource Road Kingston, ON K7P 0K1, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the overall operations of accommodation services to ensure efficient service delivery and high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee departmental operations including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance, ensuring coordination and efficiency across all service areas.
  • Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of department supervisors and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including compliance with occupational health standards and safe handling procedures.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards; address guest concerns, resolve service issues, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for procurement of hotel supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.
  • Maintain inventory control systems for linens, guest supplies, and operational materials across both hotel locations.
  • Prepare operational reports, occupancy forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management; recommend improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including workplace safety standards and proper handling of cleaning materials.
  • May perform other duties as reasonably assigned.

 

Prerequisites:

 

Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience & Skills: 5 years or more

Language: English

 

Hourly Rate: $39.62 Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
