(Spa Supervisor)
We are looking for a well experienced Spa Supervisor for “Broadstreet Properties Ltd” located at 700 Petersen Road Campbell River, BC V9W 3H7 Canada; However, you will be required to work at various locations in the region.

JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Establish and monitor work schedules, procedures, and performance standards for staff.
- Hire, train, and coach employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including appointment scheduling, client services, inventory control, and facility upkeep.
- Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products and equipment.
- Monitor service quality and ensure all treatments and client interactions meet established standards.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase spa sales and attract new clientele.
- Resolve staff or client issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive work and customer environment.
- Prepare and submit performance, sales, and operational reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Requisition or order materials, supplies, and equipment as needed for operations.
- Assist guests with special requests or accessibility needs to ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor productivity and performance levels to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more experience in spa facility
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $26.45 for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
