Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Ensure 100% compliance with halal religious standards, beliefs, and certification requirements across all products and processes.
  • Manage inventory of halal products, including sourcing, quality checks, and supplier relationships, to maintain authenticity and freshness.
  • Oversee daily store operations, staff training, customer service, and adherence to halal food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, proper storage, cross-contamination prevention).
  • Drive 5-7% annual business growth through targeted social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)—create engaging content showcasing halal recipes, product spotlights, promotions, and community events.
  • Build partnerships by meeting with local school boards, mosques, community centers, and companies to secure bulk orders, catering contracts, and new B2B opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and implement strategies to boost revenue and customer loyalty.
