Job duties: The employee will perform the following duties:
· Clean exterior surfaces of residential and commercial buildings using soft washing equipment and pressure washing
· Removes moss, debris, leaves, and buildup from roofs, gutters, and downspouts using cleaning tools
· Wash exterior windows using extension poles and a water-fed pole system
· Clean driveways, patios, sidewalks, and exterior surfaces using a pressure washer and cleaning solutions
· Assist with surface preparation and exterior painting work
· Operates and maintains cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, ladders, harnesses, and cleaning tools
· Follow safety procedures when working at heights and using ladders or a safety harness system
· Inspect the work area before and after cleaning, dispose of debris, and maintain a safe work environment
Applicants must be able to work in varying weather conditions. The work is physically demanding and requires comfortable working at heights. No formal education required. On-the-job training is provided.
